Stress leads to Panic Attack
The form an attack takes is unique to the individual, as are the symptoms thus it can be hard to make a definite diagnosis. Stress can often be mistaken for an anxiety or panic attack. As a result of our hectic lifestyles, many people come under stress every day and it can affect the way you live. It can even affect the way your body runs to the point of causing nausea, diarrhoea, headaches, constant shaking, respiratory problems, emotional outburst and many other symptoms.
All of the symptoms mentioned above also occur before and during an anxiety or panic attack. During an anxiety or panic attack, it is normal for someone to feel as if they cannot breathe. This panics them further and can bring on other symptoms. It also makes it almost impossible for someone to calm down when having an attack. Laboring to breathe may also result in chest pain, which can then be mistaken for a heart attack. This can be extremely frightening, but tightening of the chest is completely normal during an anxiety or panic attack so the individual should try and remain focused on breathing.
Many sufferers of anxiety and panic attacks have many of the general symptoms in common. A feeling of overwhelming dread is one of the main ones. They feel completely out of control and believe that something awful is going to happen. This simply serves to add to the effect when someone is having an anxiety or panic attack. It can get to the point where the symptoms actually serve to make the attack even worse. They have an innate fear during their attack, which feeds the attack itself and causes all symptoms to worsen.
Recurring anxiety and panic attacks are actually more likely to occur when the immediate environment is similar to that of their first attack. If, for example, it was in a crowded elevator, it is likely to happen whenever the individual is in a crowded elevator. Some avoid public places, open spaces, crowds or whatever situations bring on the attacks like the Ordeal. They are likely to end up in a similar state.
The nature of anxiety or panic attacks will vary from one person to the next. One person may have one daily, once every couple of months, others may have one a year, and then of course there are people who only have one when they face the most stressful situation of their life or never experience any. Please do not allow that stress in your body not to talk of resulting into
Panic Attack.A word is enough for you because you are wise.
Stress-Reliefs
must relief your stress, you may choose among several options. Not each and every method
works in the same way for everybody. Some people feel extremely good when taking a nice
warm bubble bath, listening to some good music and with a glass of wine and next to those you
love most. For those that have pretty complicated lives it may be a bit more difficult to relax
after a long day. I myself lead a life like this and I have found recently that active meditation is a
very good way to withstand the daily stress.

Stress Stoppers' Tips
I hate stress. I bet you hate stress too. Do n0t we all hate stress?
That pent up feeling of the "blood boiling" and shortness of breath. It makes you wonder just how you got yourself in that situation - animals don't stress out working an office day job and you needn't do either.
Infact, the animals are a great example of real stress in nature. In the outside world, when an animal gets into danger from a predator then it experiences stress. But stress can actually save its life! Because the animal feels stress then the body increases some chemicals in the bloodstream like adrenalin that give the animal the sudden burst of speed that it needs to get away.
But the problem with humans is that we get stressed in places that we can't escape. Usually in the workplace (can you relate to this?) or even at home. There's nowhere to run and nowhere to go.So what happens to the adrenalin, the cortisol, all these "fight or flight" chemicals that are supposed to help you make a quick getaway to save your life? Where do they go?
Instead of breaking down into metabolites, they stay at high levels in your blood and give you health problems like bad mental performance, loss of bone density, muscle, high blood pressure and lowered immunity. In the worst cases, this could lead to a heart attack - here's a good quote by Peter Drucker (a famous writer and management consultant) that illustrates this:
"There are an enormous number of managers who have retired on the job".
Scared of retiring "on the job" before you're meant to.Stop that Stress now.You are better of.

Demolishing Stress
Most of the above are designed to reduce the annoying somatic and emotional effects of stress. The focus in recent years has been on preventing such problems, which makes more sense. This involves identifying the sources of stress in your life and finding ways to avoid them or reduce their impact. We sometimes create our own stress because of habits that can have harmful effects that can be reduced using cognitive restructuring techniques such as behavioral modification, assertiveness training, time management and stress inoculation. Others turn to smoking, alcohol or drugs to relieve their stress but these short-term solutions eventually cause even more stress. Long-term use of prescription medications can result in dependency or adverse side effects and some supplements can have similar problems or interact with other drugs.
As indicated, they key to reducing stress is to prevent it. Getting enough sleep, a proper diet, avoiding excess caffeine and other stimulants and taking time out to relax may be helpful in this regard. Many stress relievers work because of the power of the placebo effect that comes from having faith in the procedure or the therapist. Other very different approaches can achieve the same results because they reduce feelings of helplessness and provide a sense of control over the problem.
Stress is an unavoidable consequence of life. There are some stresses like the loss of a beloved that you can't hope to avoid and others that you can prevent or influence. The trick is in learning how to distinguish between the two so that you're not constantly frustrated.Try to say this humble prayer, "Grant me the courage to change the things I can change, the serenity to accept the things I can't change, and the wisdom to know the difference." Stress can not Kill you so Kill it now.You are on Top

Hard Times
You wanna Suicide because you consider yourself a Failure,Show me a Person that has
never Failed and I will show you a person that has never existed. The higher the Numeric
counts of the so called Failures of yours, the better you become.
Take Raw Gold for Example,It is made finer when passed through Red Hot Fire,That is,
the Processing Stage.People are careless, not observant and not patient during this Stage.
After this stage the 'Beauty-Stage'.Gold is most appreciated when melted and made into
Medals,Bracelets,Chains and other Valued Valuables.Be Patient and endure the Heat because
running away from the Heat means shirking away from the Manifestation Stage. It will soon
fade away and after, your Glory will be manifest
